As a Highway Maintenance Technician, you will maintain roads and infrastructure, perform pothole patching, sign and drainage work, and operate heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Open availability with overtime and emergency on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a positive safety culture by following all safety policies, procedures, and practices.
• Set up and remove traffic control devices to ensure safe Maintenance of Traffic (MOT).
• Perform highway maintenance and repairs including pothole patching, striping, and concrete/asphalt work.
• Maintain roadway cleanliness and drainage systems.
• Operate bucket trucks, ladders, and other equipment at height.
• Travel as needed and be available for emergency on-call rotations.
