Job summary

DCS Asset Maintenance, LLC is seeking a Highway Maintenance Technician to perform highway maintenance services and related tasks under close supervision. You will train in Highway/Roadway Routine Maintenance.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, age 18+, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. The job involves lifting and working in adverse weather; you will operate hand and power tools to maintain roadways.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Clean and clear culverts and repair roadsides as needed.
• Mow, trim, and clear brush along roadways.
• Patch pavement shoulders and assist in storm cleanup.
• Repair fences and signs; remove litter and debris.
• Respond to emergencies and operate highway maintenance equipment.
