Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. seeks full-time Highway Maintenance Technicians to perform a variety of highway maintenance tasks in Waco, Texas across day, mid, and night shifts.

Responsibilities include maintenance of signs, guardrails, and drainage while adhering to all regulations and company policies. Candidates should have road/maintenance experience, be able to operate various tools and heavy equipment, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in highway or roadway maintenance required.
• Must have basic safety awareness and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced highway maintenance tasks including signs, guardrails, and drainage as required.
• Follow federal, state and local regulations and company policies during operations.
