Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Roadway maintenance experience.
• Concrete forming/repair experience.
• Ability to operate Wheel Loader, Skid Steer, Forklift, Asphalt Roller, etc.

Responsibilities

• Perform highway maintenance tasks including debris removal, sign and guardrail repair.
• Carry out concrete repair and related maintenance activities as directed.
• Adhere to federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.
• Supervise field crew, coordinate tasks and respond to client needs.
