Job summary

Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. seeks full-time Skilled Crew Highway Maintenance Technicians to perform advanced maintenance operations in the Houston, TX area during day, mid and night shifts.

You will address highway maintenance tasks including signs, guardrails and drainage in compliance with all regulations and Jorgensen policies. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Background checks (criminal/driving) and drug testing may be required.
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations.
• Ability to perform arithmetic functions.
• Comfort operating hand/power tools and safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform highway maintenance tasks including signs, guardrails and drainage.
• Operate hand and power tools as required.
• Follow all federal, state and local regulations and company policies.
• Maintain safety equipment and adhere to safety protocols.
