Job summary

You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including debris removal, sign and guardrail repair, and concrete work, while adhering to state and local regulations and company policies. The role requires a valid driver’s license, 0–2 years in construction labor, and the ability to operate heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver’s license and ability to operate highway maintenance gear.
• 0–2 years of construction labor experience is preferred.
• Must pass criminal background check and maintain safe working standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform highway maintenance operations in the Austin area on CTRMA projects.
• Assist with debris removal, sign and guardrail repair, and concrete repair as needed.
• Follow applicable regulations and company policies during daily tasks.
• Adapt to varying schedules and weather conditions while maintaining safety.
