Job summary

Northwest Parkway is seeking a Roadway Maintenance Technician, L2 to support maintenance operations and roadway safety along a nine-mile toll road in Colorado. The role includes patrols, incident response, and customer-facing assistance to motorists, under supervision of foreman or supervisor.

Responsibilities cover general maintenance, debris removal, signage upkeep, drainage, and coordination with dispatch and external agencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred (not required depending on experience).
• CDL required for operating heavy vehicles and job duties.
• Experience with roadway maintenance and outdoor labor is valued.

Responsibilities

• Maintain road surface, drainage, signage, guardrails, and landscaping.
• Assist with patching, crack sealing, striping support, and snow/ice removal.
• Operate basic maintenance vehicles and tools.
• Provide roadside assistance and customer-facing support to motorists.
• Respond to incidents and support traffic control as required.
• Keep daily logs and communicate conditions to supervisors.
