Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, is seeking a maintenance worker to remove litter and debris and maintain roads and other infrastructure assets. You will ensure safe traffic control by setting up MOT devices and transport crew/equipment to sites while adhering to safety policies.

The role requires an HS diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and Advanced MOT Certification. Prior experience in infrastructure maintenance is preferred; expect varied shifts and field work in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• Must practice safe work methods.
• Ability to recognize hazards in routine tasks and adjust to avoid injury.
• Must wear PPE appropriate to the job.
• Ability to cooperate and communicate in writing or verbally with coworkers and supervisor.
• Ability to perform basic math and read/interpret instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform removal of litter and debris and maintain roads/infrastructure per contract.
• Set up and remove MOT control devices to ensure traffic safety.
• Transport crew and equipment to job sites using large trucks and trailers.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and promote a respectful workplace.
• Respond to debris and litter around facilities, stockpiles, and client properties.
• Maintain roadway cleanliness and safety across contract locations.
