Job summary

Webber, LLC is seeking a dedicated maintenance worker to remove litter and debris from roadways and facilities, perform repairs, and maintain contract-compliant assets such as guardrails, signs, and drainage systems. The role requires you to work around live traffic and hazardous conditions.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma or GED, up to a year of infra maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain Advanced MOT Certification.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year work experience in infrastructure, maintenance, and repair preferred.
• A valid driver license and good driving record are required to drive a company vehicle.
• Ability to pass Advanced MOT Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Remove road debris and litter from roadway surface and shoulders.
• Remove debris around facilities, docks, stockpile locations, and client properties.
• Remove shopping carts and other foreign objects.
• Ensure roadways are free of debris and maintain contract standards.
• Respond to roadway incidents per contract guidelines.
• Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements.
• Communicate with supervisor and co-workers clearly.
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
