Job summary

Ferrovial is seeking a field technician for maintenance of roads and infrastructure in our Webber division. The role requires working from heights, operating trucks, and performing repairs with various hand and power tools.

You will be responsible for MOT setup, pothole repair, signage maintenance, and coordinating with crews on safety and traffic plans. CDL is desirable; a valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required and a valid driver's license.
• One year of work experience in infrastructure, maintenance, and repair preferred.
• CDL/DOT certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair roads and related infrastructure per contract standards.
• Set up and remove traffic control devices for MOT and safety.
• Work at heights using bucket trucks, scaffolding, or ladders.
• Operate heavy trucks and trailers to transport crew and equipment to sites.
• Respond to emergency rotations including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain vegetation, signage, guardrails, and lighting as required.
