• Oversee and perform a variety of roadway maintenance activities and supervise a crew.
• Lead emergency operations including snow removal and storm response.
• Plan maintenance programs, budget forecasting and staffing needs.
• Manage traffic control devices and work zones per MUTCD and safety rules.
• Communicate with citizens and officials, respond to inquiries and requests.
