• Schedules crew shifts and coordinates equipment for coverage.
• Identifies training needs and manages hiring/coaching processes.
• Conducts performance appraisals and ensures required training.
• Maintains equipment service, repairs, and safety policies.
• Monitors budgets, records work orders, and tracks materials.
