Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises highway maintenance operations and assigns daily activities.
• Schedules crew shifts and plans for weather-related coverage.
• Identifies training needs and conducts or arranges training for leads and technicians.
• Manages budgets, records work orders, and ensures safety standards are followed.
• Maintains equipment scheduling, parts, and inventory, and ensures safe operations.
