Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Worker to support highway and infrastructure projects. You will remove litter, perform road debris cleanup, and assist with maintenance tasks per contract, including MOT setup and traffic control to keep work zones safe.

Qualifications

• Ability to recognize hazards and adjust to avoid loss or injury.
• Must wear PPE appropriate to your job.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.
• Able to work flexible hours, including holidays and nights.
• Valid driver license with good driving record.
• Able to pass and obtain Advanced MOT Certification.

Responsibilities

• Set up and remove traffic control devices to create safe MOT.
• Transport crew and equipment to sites using large trucks.
• Remove road debris and litter from roadways and facilities.
• Perform routine maintenance of roads and infrastructure per contract.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety rules.
• Respond to roadway incidents in line with contractual guidelines.
