Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates tandem dump truck and hauls materials to and from job sites.
• Performs manual labor for roadway maintenance including shoulder repairs and debris removal.
• Operates front-end loader, backhoe and motor grader in maintenance activities.
• Uses power and hand tools to perform assigned maintenance tasks.
• Flags traffic in low/high volume areas to protect workers and the public.
• Conducts and documents pre-trip inspections according to fleet safety rules.
• May be required to work extended hours or 12-hour shifts during emergencies.
