Job summary

The role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering, 8+ years of experience, and proficiency with Bentley/OpenRoads Designer, ProjectWise, AGi32, and MS Office; PE license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in electrical engineering and project management.
• Illinois PE license preferred.
• Experience with roadway lighting, ITS, and traffic signals design standards.
• Proficient in Bentley OpenRoads Designer, ProjectWise, AGi32, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and lighting design tasks from preliminary to final design.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate with utilities and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff and monitor project budgets and scope.
• Prepare reports, scopes, and fee proposals as needed.
