Job summary

Webber, LLC is a Ferrovial company seeking a maintenance technician to service roads and infrastructure assets. You will create safe traffic control, operate access equipment, and conduct basic bridge and surface repairs.

The role requires a valid license, at least one year in infrastructure maintenance, and flexibility for overtime. Candidates should be able to work outdoors in varied conditions and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; one year in infra, maintenance or repair preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and good driving record.
• CDL/DOT certifications and welding/electrical certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service and repair roads and infrastructure assets per contract standards.
• Set up and remove traffic control devices to create safe MOT zones.
• Operate bucket trucks and stairs to access elevated structures.
• Perform bridge maintenance, pothole repair and surface treatments as required.
• Inspect and maintain drainage, electrical signs, lighting, and related equipment.
• Be available for overtime, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
