Job summary

Webber, LLC, a Ferrovial company, is seeking a skilled maintenance specialist to repair highway structures including bridges, culverts, and related systems. This role requires comfort working at heights, in water, and around heavy equipment.

You will perform structural maintenance, MOT traffic control setup, vegetation management, and adherence to safety standards; CDL/DOT and welding/electrical certifications are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of construction/maintenance experience (preferred).
• CDL, DOT certifications and electrical/welding certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair highway structures including concrete, structural steel, welding, expansion joints, carpentry and painting.
• Establish and manage safe MOT control by setting up/removing traffic controls devices.
• Work at heights using bucket trucks, snooper trucks, scaffolding, ladders and aerial platforms.
• Repair/maintain bridge and culvert slopes, berms, drains and related features.
• Control vegetation with mowing, trimmers and chemical sprayers.
• Maintain bridge fender systems, signs and lighting.
• Work around water and boats; participate in emergency response rotations.
