Job summary

Ferrovial, via its Webber unit, seeks a maintenance technician to keep roads and related infrastructure in good condition. You will perform safe MOT setup, repair bridges and road surfaces, and operate bucket trucks and hand tools.

The role requires a HS Diploma or GED, a valid driver license, and willingness to work flexible hours including emergencies. A background in infrastructure maintenance is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED (Required).
• 1 year work experience in infrastructure, maintenance, and repair (Preferred).
• Valid driver license and good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Create safe Maintenance of Traffic (M.O.T) control by setting up and removing traffic devices.
• Work from heights in bucket trucks, scaffolding, ladders, and platforms.
• Inspect and repair bridge structures, equipment rooms, and related components.
• Maintain and repair roadways, signs, guardrails, and lighting.
• Operate and transport crew and equipment to job sites; handle various vehicles.
• Assist in emergency response rotations including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Follow policies and maintain safe, inclusive work environment.
