Job summary

Webber, LLC, a Ferrovial company, is seeking a maintenance specialist in Jacksonville to maintain and repair roadways and related infrastructure. The role includes setting up MOT, working at heights, and performing electrical/structural tasks to meet contract standards.

You will handle traffic control devices, respond to emergencies, and support vegetation and drainage maintenance while complying with safety rules and company policies. A valid driver license is required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED (Required).
• One year of work experience in infrastructure, maintenance, and repair (Preferred).
• Valid driver license and good driving record required.
• CDL/DOT certifications, electrical and welding certifications highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create safe Maintenance of Traffic (M.O.T) control by setting up and removing traffic devices.
• Work from heights using bucket trucks, scaffolding, ladders, and aerial platforms.
• Perform basic maintenance/repair of bridges and associated structures.
• Maintain roadways: potholes, striping, reflectors, and concrete/asphalt work.
• Repair/maintain electrical systems including emergency phones, CCTV, signs, lighting, and lane signals.
• Respond to emergency calls during overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and PPE usage.
• Maintain appearance of highways and medians, manage vegetation and debris.
