Job summary

Webber, LLC is seeking a Road Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance, servicing and repairs of roads and related assets in the Fort Walton Beach area.

This role involves setting up traffic control, working at heights, maintaining bridges and drainage systems, and responding to emergency rotations as needed.

You should have a HS diploma or GED, at least one year in infrastructure maintenance, and a valid driver's license; CDL/DOT certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED; 1 year infra maintenance/repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required to operate company vehicles.
• CDL, DOT, electrical and welding certifications highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set up and remove MOT traffic controls and signs.
• Work at heights using bucket trucks, scaffolding, ladders.
• Maintain bridges, portals, and drainage structures and related equipment.
• Operate large trucks and trailers to transport crew and gear to sites.
• Respond to emergency rotations including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Keep roadways clean, repair potholes, and maintain signage and lighting.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
