Job summary

Webber, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Worker to support road/asset upkeep and debris removal per contract standards. You will manage MOT control, operate trucks, and ensure safety and efficiency on-site across multiple infrastructure projects.

Eligibility includes a HS diploma, valid driver’s license, and Advanced MOT certification; availability for holidays, nights, and weekends is required. Opportunities span projects in the United States.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Advanced MOT Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Create safe Maintenance of Traffic (M.O.T) control by setup/removal of traffic devices.
• Transport crew/equipment to sites using large trucks and trailers.
• Remove road debris and litter from roadway surfaces and shoulders.
• Maintain contracted assets (roadways, medians, signs, guardrails, fences, bridges, drainage).
• Comply with company policies and safety procedures; maintain a respectful work environment.
• Respond to roadway debris and litter during holidays, nights, weekends, or overtime as needed.
