Job summary

Ferrovial Webber is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Bristol, FL area to maintain roads and related infrastructure including signs, guardrails, drainage and pavements. You will perform MOT, operate equipment, and collaborate with crews to keep assets safe and functional.

Responsibilities include maintenance on bridges and drainage, adherence to safety regulations, and readiness for emergency rotations—overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of underground infrastructure maintenance.
• Ability to practice safe work methods to prevent accidents.
• Ability to read, write and interpret safety rules, manuals and procedures.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Creates safe Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) control by setup and removal of traffic control devices.
• Maintains roads, bridges, signs, guardrails, and drainage structures; performs pothole repair and striping as needed.
• Operates and transports crew/equipment to worksites with trucks and trailers.
• Performs routine maintenance on electrical systems, lighting, and signal devices where applicable.
• Responds to emergencies; available for overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
