Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related work experience or an approved equivalent.
• Valid motor vehicle operator’s license; CDL required within 6 months of placement.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment (front-end loader, backhoe, excavator, etc.) for road maintenance tasks.
• Perform manual labor such as pothole patching, drainage work, curbing, and paving.
• Set up work zone traffic control, assist with flagging, and ensure crew safety.
