Qualifications

• Two years of coursework completed

• Proficiency with MS Office and CAD tools (MicroStation preferred)
• Familiarity with industry standards and engineering software
• Excellent oral and written communication

Responsibilities

• Develop creative solutions for roadway and civil engineering challenges.
• Ensure designs comply with Federal, State, and local requirements and standards.
• Prepare specifications, cost estimates, quantity calculations, technical reports, and analyses.
• Review supplier drawings and perform technical bid analyses.
• Assist in preparation and issuance of specifications and construction documents.
• Contribute to projects as part of a design team or independently.
