Job summary

Alfred Benesch & Company is seeking a Transportation Engineering Internship to support roadway design, traffic analysis, and plan preparation. You will work alongside experienced professionals in our Atlanta or Augusta offices during the summer of 2026, gaining hands-on experience with design software and project delivery.

Candidates pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s in Civil Engineering or a related field should demonstrate strong communication and teamwork, with a valid driver's license

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong interest in highway, roadway, or transportation engineering.
• Familiarity with MicroStation and AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
