CTL Engineering seeks Roadway Engineers (P.E. or Sr-level P.E./PM) in Raleigh, NC to work on highway design projects. You will design, analyze, and evaluate roadways to ensure safety and compliance with NCDOT standards, while collaborating with municipal agencies and cross-functional teams.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, P.E. license, and experience in roadway design with software such as Civil 3D and OpenRoad Designer.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; MSCE preferred but not required.
• Any level of roadway engineering experience, with focus on NCDOT projects.

Responsabilidades

• Perform analysis and design for various roadways including new constructions, widenings and rehabilitations.
• Lead and oversee roadway design and analysis projects per NCDOT requirements.
• Analyze traffic patterns to develop roadway design.
• Review and approve design plans from subcontractors.
• Coordinate with public and governmental agencies for approvals.
• Prepare and review technical reports, drawings and specs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure projects meet budget and schedule constraints.
• Conduct field inspections and evaluate roadway conditions.
• Troubleshoot issues during construction.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
