Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Washington State PE license or ability to obtain comity within 6 months.
• Proficiency with roadway design software such as OpenRoads Designer, MicroStation, or Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Develop highway and roadway designs for transportation projects.
• Prepare plans, specs, quantities, and cost estimates.
• Apply AASHTO and DOT design standards to develop practical engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver outcomes.
• Participate in quality reviews and support design phases.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to Jacobs' technical culture.
