Key Responsibilities
- Work under the responsible charge of a Professional Engineer as part of a team in the design and preparation of technical reports, analysis/calculations, and construction documents.
- Prepare accurate presentation, design, detail, and construction documents.
- Prepare permit applications and submittal packages to agencies having jurisdiction.
- Coordinate with clients, subconsultants, permitting agencies, utility providers, contractors, and other parties associated with the project.
- Develop and adhere to project scope, schedules, and budgets.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Minimum of 2 years experience in all technical aspects of roadway design.
- Experience with OpenRoads Designer preferred.
- EIT certification is preferred.
- Detail‑oriented individual with strong technical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, word processing, and standard industry software.
- Ability to work well in multidisciplinary team environments and meet deadlines.
- Strong oral presentation and written communication skills.
