This role involves working closely with a Professional Engineer on detailed designs and technical documentation. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of roadway design experience and is proficient in standard industry software. Key Responsibilities

• Working under the responsible charge of a Professional Engineer as a member of a team in the design and preparation of technical reports, analysis/calculations, and construction documents.
• Preparation of accurate presentations, designs, details, and construction documents.
• Preparation of permit applications and submittal packages to agencies having jurisdiction.
• Coordination with clients, subconsultants, permitting agencies, utility providers, contractors, and other parties associated with the project.
• Development and adherence to project scope, schedules, and budgets.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• A minimum of 2 years experience in all technical aspects of roadway design.
• Experience with OpenRoads Designer preferred.
• EIT Certification is preferred.
• Detail‑oriented individual with strong technical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, word processing, and standard industry software.
• Works well in multidisciplinary team environments and has the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong oral presentation and written communication skills.
