The Kleingers Group in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Staff Civil Engineer to provide technical leadership on roadway design and related civil, environmental, and construction projects. You will lead study and design phases, collaborate with teams and clients, and mentor interns.

You should have a civil engineering degree, 3–5 years roadway experience, CAD/Civil3D/MicroStation/OpenRoads skills, and the ability to communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of roadway design experience.
• PE licensure preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Lead roadway design studies and designs.
• Consult with stakeholders and manage project teams.
• Ensure design specifications and site standards.
• Mentor co-ops/interns.
