Qualifications

• Exposure to MicroStation, AutoCAD, or Civil 3D is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and analysis of highway projects under licensed engineers.
• Support preparation of construction plans, specs, and cost estimates.
• Perform basic engineering calculations and CAD drafting.
• Conduct field visits and assist data collection.
