Job summary

USI Consultants, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated Transportation Engineer to join our Roadway Design Team throughout Indiana. The ideal candidate will perform road design engineering duties, collaborate on INDOT projects, and contribute to project delivery.

The role requires a BSCE in Civil Engineering with knowledge of INDOT standards and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Autodesk Civil 3D experience and Indiana PE licensure are preferred as the candidate grows with the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• Familiarity with INDOT design manuals, standards, and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Transportation and geometric roadway design, plan development, and technical report writing.
• Coordinate with Local Public Agency and INDOT projects and teams.
• Communicate project status to Road Design Team and clients.
• Assist in recruiting to support company growth.
