Job summary

Branch is seeking a Roadway Superintendent to join our Civil Division and work with the Project Manager to ensure project success, meeting schedules, controlling costs, and maintaining high workmanship standards.

The role involves hands-on field supervision of construction operations, coordinating subcontractors, and managing manpower and equipment to stay on time and within budget while upholding safety and Branch's image.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Experience with highway/site construction is essential with emphasis on roadway, paving, grading, drainage, and utilities.
• 3–5 years in a supervisory position and DOT/OSHA knowledge are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds project in accordance with plans and specifications.
• Develops a grand plan/schedule of operation with the Project Manager and communicates to staff.
• Effectively utilizes resources such as people, equipment, and materials.
