The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Roadside Technician to service commercial fleets. Technicians respond to customer locations to repair or replace tires, with a focus on roadside support and after-hours service.

Training is provided; no prior experience required, and the role includes an on-call rotation with double-time pay for after-hours calls. Company benefits are offered as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Preferred: High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous Commercial Service Tire experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, dismount and mount tires for commercial fleets.
• Perform match mounting and dual assemblies as needed.
• Inflate tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
• Maintain safety and PPE practices and follow all OSHA policies.
