Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Roadside Technician to respond to tire-related emergencies at customer locations, primarily for semi-truck fleets. You will repair or change tires roadside and assist with shop duties when calls are slow.

Requirements include a valid driver's license, being 21+, and legal authorization to work in the U.S. Prior tire service experience is preferred; responsibilities emphasize safety and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Servicing commercial tires including dismounting, mounting, and repairing any type of tire.
• Perform match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary.
• Inflating of tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
• Complying with OSHA regulations and safety requirements including proper PPE usage, tire cages, and safety policies.
