Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Roadside Technician to respond to tire-related failures for semi-truck fleets. You’ll be dispatched to customer locations to repair or replace tires, with hands-on service, mounting and shop support when idle.

No experience required; you’ll be trained on required skills and safety procedures. The role includes on-call shifts and after-hours premium pay, with a comprehensive benefits package and discounts on tires.

Qualifications

• Servicing commercial tires including dismounting, mounting, and repairing tires.
• Perform match mounting and matching dual assemblies.
• Inflate tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
• Adhere to OSHA safety policies and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tire-related emergencies at customer locations.
• Repair or replace tires for semi-truck fleets.
• Assist with shop duties during low service calls.
• Participate in on-call rotation with premium after-hours pay.
