The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Roadside Technician to respond to tire failures at customer locations, primarily servicing semi-truck fleets. You will be dispatched to perform repairs or tire changes at the roadside and may assist in shop duties when calls are slow.

No prior experience required; training will be provided to learn the necessary skills, safety protocols, and standards. The position includes an on-call rotation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous Commercial Service Tire experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Servicing commercial tires including dismounting, mounting, and repairing any type of tire.
• Perform match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary.
• Inflating of tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
• Complying with OSHA regulations and safety requirements including use of PPE, tire cages, and safety procedures.
