Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years knowledge of tractor and trailer functions.
• 2 years basic truck/mechanical knowledge.
• 2 years maintenance or breakdown assistance experience.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and daily phone/email communication.
• Respond to incoming calls and assist drivers with on-road repairs.
• Coordinate road assistance with vendors across the US.
• Provide coverage for colleagues when needed.
• Support other related tasks as assigned.
