Job summary

Ferrovial is hiring a Roadside Assistance Technician in Charlotte, NC to perform various roadside assistance operations, such as accident management and tire changes. This position requires candidates to be available for training and to cover multiple shifts, ensuring support for motorists 24/7.

Desirable qualifications include experience in traffic management, automotive knowledge, and strong communication skills. The work environment involves interacting with team members in a fast-paced setting while ensuring road safety.

Qualifications

• Availability for 4 weeks of paid training in Raleigh.
• 0-3 years of experience in traffic management or roadside assistance.
• Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) if needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned vehicles for roadside assistance operations.
• Provide traffic control and assist maintenance personnel.
• Respond to traffic incidents and assist motorists on I-77.
