PAL OF DALLAS LLC in Carrollton, TX is seeking a reliable Roadside Assistance Technician to join our team. This hands-on role involves helping drivers stranded on the road, solving problems on the go, and delivering friendly, professional service in the field.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, with strong mechanical aptitude and excellent customer communication skills, and capable of working independently with flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• MUST pass a background check.
• MUST have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in the field.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls throughout the DFW area.
• Perform tire changes.
• Perform battery jump-starts and battery installations.
• Provide fuel delivery services to stranded motorists.
• Perform vehicle lockout services safely and efficiently.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding ETA and service updates.
• Maintain service tools, and equipment in clean, working condition.
