AECOM is seeking CHAMP Operators for the District 2 region in Georgia. The role involves patrolling interstate corridors, assisting motorists, and reporting roadway conditions. Starting pay is $20 per hour, with company vehicles and equipment provided.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work on-call 24/7. Physical requirements include lifting, maneuvering, and driving in varied conditions nationwide.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED or 1 year relevant experience in lieu of education.
• Be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
• Must pass State and Federal background checks.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and random testing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic automotive repair.
• Willingness to be on call 24/7 and wear PPE.

Aufgaben

• Patrol and monitor a segment of interstate roadway in an assigned region.
• Assist stranded motorists professionally and courteously (dead batteries, out of gas, flat tires).
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Municipal laws and ordinances.
• Monitor and report roadway deficiencies to Dispatch or District offices.
• Receive on-the-job training in a technical area and perform routine duties.
• Provide quality customer service and maintain a clean driving record.
