Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Excellent attendance history and strong customer service skills.
• Willingness to work Swing Shift including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operating tow trucks safely and efficiently.
• Performing simple vehicle diagnostics to figure out the issue.
• Providing essential roadside assistance, including tire changes, fuel delivery, and vehicle lock-outs.
• Building trust, problem-solving, and remaining calm on scene for members.
• Clear verbal and written communication under pressure.
• Demonstrates safety awareness and appropriate response to issues.
• Ability to drive a manual/automatic shift vehicle.
