Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking an experienced Roadside Service Instructor to deliver Emergency Roadside Service training for ICS providers and staff. You will cover towing, battery services, lockouts, dispatch tech, and member service standards, ensuring safe, efficient experiences.

The role requires classroom, virtual, and field instruction, plus travel to support initiatives across territories. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3+ years in training are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication with diverse audiences.
• Experience delivering training and coaching in automotive/related services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ERS classroom, virtual, and field training for ICS personnel.
• Provide hands-on instruction for towing, battery services, dispatch, and safety.
• Lead presentations, workshops, and coaching to develop staff.
• Travel overnight to support training across territories.
• Provide guidance on member complaints and service standards.
• Identify training needs with ERS leadership and track progress.
• Monitor effectiveness and document training activity and outcomes.
