Job summary

Gould Farm in Massachusetts is seeking a Roadside Store & Cafe Work Team Leader to join a multidisciplinary team supporting guest treatment and recovery. You will assist daily operations of the store and cafe, promote Gould Farm values, and ensure a welcoming, clean, safe venue.

Responsibilities include managing restaurant operations, stocking inventory, delivering quality menu items, and maintaining sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operation of the restaurant and maintaining the standards and expectations of excellence in work team performance and service.
• Prepare and deliver menu items in a manner that reflects attention to quality and service.
• Assist in stocking & organizing inventory such that shelves are always stocked with the products we sell and materials are readily available for menu preparation.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work environment.
• General housekeeping tasks and sanitation procedures, including sweeping, washing floors and windows, cleaning cafe equipment and appliances, etc.
