Gould Farm in Monterey, Massachusetts, is seeking a dependable Part-Time Kitchen Team Member to support daily meal preparation, service, and kitchen cleanliness. This hands-on position emphasizes teamwork, hospitality, and a welcoming dining experience for our community.

Schedule is roughly 15–20 hours weekly, primarily on weekends with Saturday availability required. Pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including preparing salad bar ingredients, cooking vegetables, and preparing grains.
• Heat and prepare foods for buffet-style meal service.
• Set up, replenish, and clear food buffets during mealtimes.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen, including work surfaces, floors, refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas.
• Assist with dishwashing and general kitchen cleanup.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to create a welcoming dining experience for our community.

Join the kitchen team at Gould Farm, a unique therapeutic community in the beautiful Berkshires where meaningful work, shared meals, and community life are central to mental health recovery.

Our kitchen is the heart of our community, preparing and serving three meals a day for approximately 60–100 people. We’re looking for a dependable, enthusiastic team member to help with food preparation, meal service, and keeping our kitchen clean, safe, and welcoming.

This is a hands‑on position for someone who enjoys working with others, takes pride in a job well done, and wants to be part of something meaningful.

What You’ll Do
