Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a full-time Roadside Assistance Driver in Aurora, CO. This role patrols and manages areas of the E-470 roadway system to support safety and mobility, in a 24/7 schedule requiring flexibility.

Schedule is Thursday to Monday, 5:45am–2:15pm, with off days Tuesday & Wednesday. Expected hourly rate is $24.29. Additional hours may be available to cover needs, and candidates may be reassigned as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Background screening, MVR and drug screening required after conditional offer.

Responsibilities

• Monitor roadway conditions and respond to incidents.
• Provide roadside support and traffic control.
• Coordinate with emergency responders.
• Perform roadway maintenance and debris removal.
• Deliver high-quality customer service.
• Maintain documentation and follow safety procedures.

Job description

WSP is seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) Roadside Assistance Driver in Aurora, CO.

The Roadside Assistance (RA) Driver is responsible for actively patrolling and managing assigned areas of the E-470 roadway system to support the safety, mobility, and overall experience of the traveling public. This is a 24/7 operational role requiring flexibility and accountability.

Schedule

Thursday - Monday 5:45am - 2:15pm; Off Tuesday and Wednesday

• Additional hours may be available to cover days off, vacations, business need, etc.
• May be reassigned on a long term or temporary basis to another location, other shifts, or other schedules, to balance manpower or meet the needs of the company.

Expected hourly rate is: $24.29 per hour

Essential Functions/Physical Requirements

The essential functions of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Perform roadway incident response and traffic management duties in active traffic environments
• Operate a vehicle for extended periods
• Frequently lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, crouch, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme temperatures
