Job summary

Fox Rent A Car is seeking a Roadside Assistance Agent to handle inbound calls and guide customers through vehicle issues. You will determine action plans, troubleshoot on the spot, and provide expert service to resecure safe travel.

Strong communication, data entry speed, and Google Suite proficiency are required. Availability on weekends/holidays is essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Inbound call center experience preferred.
• Automotive industry knowledge a solid plus.
• Typing and data entry speed and accuracy required.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs/Sheets) required.
• Must be available for weekends and holidays.
