Fox Rent A Car in Chicago sucht eine/n Customer Service Agent. Sie begrüßen Kunden freundlich, prüfen zurückgegebene Fahrzeuge, dokumentieren Schäden und Kilometerstand und erklären am Schluss alle Vertragsentgelte. Sie unterstützen das Team durch passende Zusatzaufgaben.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Fahrzeugabwicklung, das Sortieren von Fahrzeugen und Unterstützung beim Check-out, damit der Ablauf reibungslos verläuft. Eine gültige Fahrerlaubnis ist erforderlich.

Qualifications

• Gültiger Führerschein.
• Schulabschluss oder gleichwertig.
• Gute zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten erforderlich.

Responsibilities

• Begrüßung der Kunden mit freundlicher Ausstrahlung.
• Durchführung von Rückgabe-Inspektionen (Schäden, Kilometerstand, Kraftstoff).
• Schließung des Fahrzeugschlüssels sicherstellen und persönliche Gegenstände entfernen.
• Prüfung & Erläuterung des Endabrechnungsvertrags vor der Übergabe an den Kunden.
• Weitere Aufgaben zur Unterstützung des Geschäfts.
