Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven work history.
• Valid Class C California driver’s license and ability to meet Chrysalis insurance requirements.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; able to mentor clients in a transitional program.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the Roads program and assist Crew Supervisors.
• Coordinate coverage for Crew Supervisors and ensure site safety and quality.
• Conduct driver tests and behind-the-wheel training when needed.
• Source supplies, complete paperwork, and manage operational logistics.
• Provide feedback, mentorship, and training content for supervisory staff.
